Job Description

Our client, a leading beauty and retail company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Coordinator to join our North America team. This role will provide essential support to the account team, assisting with day-to-day operations across multiple business channels in the U.S., Canada, and select retail partners. As the Account Coordinator, you will be a central point of coordination for administrative needs, reporting, product assortment data entry, and sample management. Working under the guidance of the Operations Manager, this position will help drive brand priorities and ensure excellence across all touchpoints.

**Please note this is a hybrid, 12-month contract role based in San Francisco, CA. Pay will be $19.31-$20.69/hr.**

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate key updates, timelines, and changes to internal and external stakeholders in a timely, clear manner.

• Prepare for brand team meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, report preparation, and catering coordination.

• Partner with the account team to review deliverables and track timelines for new product launches, ensuring accuracy of SKU details.

• Manage the product sample process, including receiving, organizing, distributing, and tracking inventory.

• Collaborate with the brand team on assortment strategy and prepare documentation for system uploads.

• Maintain accurate reporting and records for product assortments, launches, and other business initiatives.

• Uphold brand values, including innovation, teamwork, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of relevant corporate experience, preferably within beauty, retail, or consumer goods.

• Strong initiative with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset.

• Genuine passion for the beauty and retail industry.

• Flexibility to occasionally participate in early morning meetings with global partners.
