Responsibilities:

• First 2-3 months will work the production floor almost exclusively, learning all tasks and positions in detail, + production schedules and daily/weekly checklists
• Pack-side duties include loading/unloading ovens, "dropping" cookies from pans, packing/weighing cookies, boxing containers, loading pallets, unloading/loading trucks
• If a good fit, the next 2-3 months will take over inventory tracking, bake schedules, and safety and other checklists
• If transitioned to permanent staff, will gradually take on additional tasks ( with additional pay) including:

- Drive forklift and schedule customer pickups

- All safety and Audit related courses and training ( we pay for online courses)

- ingredient ordering

- oversee the bake-side staff (daily scheduling, time off, etc.)

• The lead will always load and unload deliveries, which requires routinely lifting 35-50 lbs. repeatedly from ingredient deliveries off of pallets and in to coolers or onto racks/shelves

Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)
• Must be able to lift 35-50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift
• Previous lead experience is a plus! (Restaurant, retail, warehouse, etc.)
• A minimum of 6 months of related experience (shipping/receiving, picking/packing)

Pay: $18/HR *Firm

Schedule: M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM *Fluctuating Schedule! 30-35 hours a week!
