Signature Homes is currently seeking a Designer/Customer Experience Specialist in our Birmingham, AL market.

We are seeking a design- and customer-service-minded team player to take ownership of the customer experience, guiding homeowners to design beautiful homes while ensuring every step of the process exceeds expectations. This role requires someone who can juggle multiple priorities, maintain keen attention to detail, and deliver consistent “WOW” moments for our customers.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and guide homeowners through design appointments
• Deliver WOW through world-class customer service
• Schedule and run homeowner appointments
• Walk all homes under construction to check installations and finishes
• Provide regular updates to homeowners throughout the build process 
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in design and/or customer service experience (highly preferred)
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Interior design or related field (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
