Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. This position involves installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, EPA certification, and a commitment to high-quality service.

$25–$35+ per hour (based on experience)

Tasks:
Install HVAC systems in residential properties according to building codes and blueprints
Measure, cut, and fit ductwork and piping
Install wiring and controls for HVAC systems
Test and troubleshoot systems for efficiency and performance
Perform routine maintenance and component replacement
Diagnose issues and implement repairs
Collaborate with team members and contractors on job sites
Maintain accurate records of all work performed
Deliver excellent customer service and address homeowner concerns
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC installer
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related codes/regulations
Proficiency in blueprint reading and use of hand/power tools
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
EPA Universal Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license
Physical ability to lift 50–70 lbs, kneel, climb ladders, and work in extreme weather conditions
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, with potential for overtime depending on project demand
