Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Office Automation Assistant to provide administrative and data reporting support for Navy (NAVSUP) operations in Norfolk, VA. The role requires strong Microsoft Office and Adobe skills, along with the ability to manage and analyze safety/data reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint to compile and organize data.
• Utilize Adobe tools for document creation and editing.
• Maintain records and databases in compliance with Navy requirements.
• Support safety/data reporting processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Naval Safety Risk Management Information systems.
• Prior experience in federal or military administrative support roles.
