Summary of Position:
This dynamic role requires a proactive, tech-savvy individual who can work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing priorities. This is a personal assistant, house manager, and executive assistant role. 

Hours:
30 hours weekly: Monday-Friday. Flexibility is essential, with additional hours available based on workflow and project requirements. 4 hours on a weekend, once a month 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, including (but not limited to) travel arrangements, event planning, conference registrations, scheduling, medical licensing updates, and clinic tasks.
• Able to multitask 
• Manage expenses and create documents using Microsoft Suite tools.
• Adept in social media marketing and management is required.
• Handle professional communication with office staff, contractors, and other entities.
• Pet care (cat).
• House management.
• Light housekeeping. 
• Organization.
• Manage rental properties.
• Carpool.
• Potential senior and childcare. 
• This position is an extension of the employer.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in Google Apps, iOS, Android, and Microsoft Suites.
• Social Media Management.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks with effective follow-up.
• Reliable, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle interruptions.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience (college education preferred but not required).
• Strong problem-solving and common sense: capable of analyzing data, defining issues, and adapting to changing situations while interpreting instructions effectively.

Work Environment:
Primarily based at the employer's office in Tualatin, with occasional work and collaboration with the staff at their home in SW Downtown Portland (Goose Hollow district), where one cat resides. 9:30 to 4:00 Monday to Thursday. Friday's work will be in Goose Hollow. Physical requirements include navigating stairs and lifting standard items.
