Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Sign Language Interpreter to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational setting located in Augusta, GA. This contract position spans the entire school year, providing essential communication access and fostering inclusion for students with hearing impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication between students, teachers, and staff through sign language interpretation.
  • Translate spoken language into sign language and vice versa to ensure full participation in classroom activities.
  • Collaborate with educators and support personnel to adapt instructional materials and environments.
