ActionLink is hiring Territory Sales Representatives to deliver hands-on sales and technical support for Power Sports products through retail and at-home services. This role combines mechanical expertise and B2B sales with customer service skills to provide product assembly, troubleshooting, and sales support under the guidance of the District Manager.

What we offer:

• Scheduling: This position offers up to 40 hours per week. Project hours and times fluctuate, so flexibility Monday through Friday is required.
• $26.00-$28.00 per hour with bonus potential aligned with program success

Working Environment:

• 80% in-store sales / customer field work
• 15% unit merchandising / product prep
• 5% administrative

Your Adventure Awaits:

• Support Sales and Technical goals, using consultative selling techniques at Walmart and partner retailers
• Process basic product orders, learn and demonstrate Power Sports product features and benefits, and perform basic assembly and maintenance
• Conduct at-home customer visits for product setup and troubleshooting, and escalate complex technical issues as needed
• Set up and maintain product displays according to provided planograms
• Maintain organized and safety-compliant product presentations
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs
• Submit daily activity reports via mobile device
• Provide professional customer service, follow up post-service and maintain 4.8/5+ customer satisfaction scores
• Document service activities and learn warranty processes and maintenance procedures

What you bring to the Team:

• 2+ year experience in retail sales, mechanical repair, or customer service
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn power sports product repair
• Must have basic understanding and ability to use hand-held and power tools
• Ability to use basic computer applications for daily reporting
• Physical capacity to lift 75 lbs for product assembly and operate hand/power tools

Physical Requirements:

• Daily local travel required
• Must be able to use a computer and mobile devices
• Must be mobile and able to stand for six (6) hours and able to lift 75 lbs
