Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication both internally and externally, impacting how our organization is perceived and how information flows among our team members.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance internal and external communication.
• Create engaging content for newsletters, press releases, social media, and websites.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather relevant information and updates for communication materials.
• Manage and maintain the organization's social media presence, ensuring timely and impactful engagement with audiences.
• Help organize and support events, campaigns, and initiatives that promote the organization's mission and goals.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and strategy adjustments.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in communications, marketing, or public relations, preferably in a coordinator or junior role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
